Achieving overnight success is something other people see. They don’t see the hard work, failures and setbacks.

As we head into 2024 around 23% of new year’s resolutions will fail by the weekend. A further 43% by the end of January!
But failure is only final when you decide to quit!

How can you Prevent Quitting on your Goals in 2024!

  • Write down your goals in a SMART format:

    • Be SPECIFIC with what your goal is

    • How will you MEASURE the success of that goal?

    • Is it ACHIEVABLE? Don’t set yourself up to fail.

    • Is it RELEVANT to what you want to do?

    • What is the TIME of the deadline for progress?

  • Hold yourself accountable:

    • Make a note of your successes and failures.

    • How can you learn from these moving forward?

  • Use tools that can help you monitor your progress.

  • Keep a diary.

  • Join a group of like minded people
